Rachael willingly took up the opportunity to star in the initial episode of Natalie, with Love as she knew it would be a life-changing event. 

Q: What did you expect from being on the first episode of the Natalie, with Love series?
A: Well, I didn’t actually expect anything! But, I did know for sure that anything to do with Natalie Benhayon would be the real deal and that there was no point in expecting anything when Natalie rolls by sense and feel. In other words, with no real blue print for how the episode was going to look, Natalie was free to feel the next steps depending on my willingness to be open and honest. I had 100% trust in Natalie’s ability to steer the episode in a way that would support me and develop our conversation.

Q: Did you feel like you needed a make-over?
A: In the conventional or highlighted sense of that word ‘make-over’ I would say NO – I love how I look and I am not unhappy with myself as a person. However, the idea of being part of a make-over session with Natalie Benhayon was bound to push the limits of what that actually means. I came from a place of not wanting to fix anything but explore a question and concern I was having about my life as being a woman. This then lead to an incredible shift of what that looked like on the outside and felt like on the inside. Natalie is re-establishing what a make-over actually is and my experience proved to me that it happens from the inside out.

Q: What has changed for you since filming the episode?
A: Heaps! My whole life has changed and people have noticed when they see me now that something has shifted in me and I am no longer hiding. Even after the filming, without telling people about the episode, some friends and work colleagues were scratching their heads wondering what was different. My level of confidence has been noticeable, in how I move, what I say and especially what I wear.
